Licensed Clinical Social Worker

About the role

Seeking a compassionate Therapist in Training to join the Family Preservation Team, serving children, youth, and adults in the community. The position involves providing in-home therapy, building meaningful relationships, and supporting clients through strength-based, evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services tailored to individuals and families
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-focused service plans
• Provide services in diverse settings including homes, community locations, or offices
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency and funding guidelines
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Relevant practicum experience
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work Environment

Hybrid remote with flexible scheduling, daily travel within counties, and service delivery in homes, schools, and community settings. Physical activity may be required.
