About the role

Responsibilities
- Developing individualized service plans
- Delivering evidence-based, strength-based therapeutic services
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields
- Practicum experience relevant to services provided
- Eligible for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills
