Licensed Clinical Psychologist Supervisor

About the Role

We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our leadership team in a supervisory role. You'll collaborate closely with the Clinic Director, sharing our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental healthcare. This role involves overseeing clinic performance and operations, assisting with staffing, providing clinical resources, and handling administrative oversight. The position is available part-time or full-time, with a flexible weekly schedule built around your caseload and leadership commitments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the weekly Clinic Director meeting.
• Provide weekly individual supervision and group supervision for master's level clinicians.
• Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues within Valant and billing.
• Support clinic staff development and partner with the Clinic Director to implement administrative changes.
• Coordinate with the Clinic Director to support the hiring process.
• Coordinate office supply orders with the Clinic Director.
• Assist the Clinic Director with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules.
• Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians.
• Maintain an agreed-upon clinical client caseload.
• Serve as backup for the Clinic Director when they are out of the office.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher education in a mental health discipline.
• Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., Psy.D, Ph.D).

Preferred Qualifications

• PsyD, as we are looking for a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
• Experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.
