Licensed Clinical Psychologist Supervisor

About the Role

We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our leadership team in a supervisory role. You'll collaborate closely with the Clinic Director to oversee clinic performance and operations, assist with staffing, provide clinical resources, and handle administrative oversight. This role is available part-time or full-time, with a flexible weekly schedule built around your caseload and leadership commitments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the weekly Clinic Director meeting.
• Provide weekly individual supervision and group supervision for master's level clinicians.
• Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues within Valant and billing.
• Support clinic staff development and partner with the Clinic Director to implement administrative changes.
• Coordinate with the Clinic Director to support the hiring process.
• Coordinate office supply orders with the Clinic Director.
• Assist the Clinic Director with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules.
• Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians.
• Maintain an agreed-upon clinical client caseload.
• Serve as backup for the Clinic Director when they are out of the office.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher education in a mental health discipline.
• Independently licensed with a MA-issued clinical practice license (e.g., Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• PsyD, as we are looking for a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
• Experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.

Pay

$90,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year.
