Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) - Psychological Testing/Assessment Specialist

Your Role

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, based on client needs and clinical necessity.
Assessment-only focus — no therapy caseload
Integrate findings across psychiatric, medical, psychological, and behavioral domains to develop client-focused clinical formulations
Provide detailed psychological evaluation reports, summarizing findings and offering recommendations for treatment and enhancement of functioning and quality of life using evidence-based approaches
Present the findings of psychological sing to clients, families, and other professionals in a clear and understandable manner
Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, psychological reports, and sing records/data
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure continuity and quality of care

What You’ll Need

• Doctoral degree in Psychology and/or a related field (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology preferred)
• Active Minnesota Psychologist License - additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!
• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment
• Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care

Starting Pay

$90,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
