Responsibilities
- Treatment of adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and/or couples therapy
- Adherence to evidence-based, medically driven treatment services
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Nevada: LCPC, LMFT, LICSW
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current licensure in Nevada
- Experience in a professional healthcare setting
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Compensation range of $76,000-$101,000, based on productivity. Uncapped earning potential.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday - weekends optional
- Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules
- Hybrid Model with in-person and remote flexibility
