About the role
Join our dynamic team at Deer Oaks as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and be part of an integrated treatment team that makes a difference in the lives of older adults and physically disabled individuals residing in long-term care (LTC) facilities. You will be assigned to a facility or facilities in your local community, allowing you to build meaningful connections with the individuals you serve.
Deer Oaks is a nationally recognized leader in the Long-Term Care (LTC) geriatric field, with a rich history of providing psychological services since 1992. We contract with thousands of LTC facilities across the country.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person assessments
- Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy
- Offer essential behavioral management services
Qualifications
We provide geriatric-focused training, accredited CEUs, and ongoing consultation with our experienced team of clinicians to support your professional development.

Schedule
Full-time, 100% FTE, Monday to Friday (no on-call or after-hours work required).
