About the role
This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
- Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lynchburg, VA.
- May specialize in Child and Adolescent or Play Therapy.
- Work independently as a licensed clinician in Virginia.
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Virginia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors.

Pay
Up to $103,600 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
