About the role

The role of Licensed Behavior Consultant involves providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The consultant will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans that promote positive behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to enhance outcomes
• Conduct assessments and gather data to inform plan development
• Train and supervise support staff as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of [State]
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Passing score on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam
