About the role
We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for starting before 7/31/2026. At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Our valued BCBAs are leaders who make a difference and create a supportive environment where all clinicians in our transdisciplinary team can thrive, grow, and make a meaningful, long-term impact for families.
Responsibilities
As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Pay
