Licensed Barber - Full or Part Time

We're looking for a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist with at least 2 years experience, who is passionate about men's grooming, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

• Perform men's haircuts and skin fades
• Provide beard trims and detailing
• Straight razor neck shaves (training available)
• Recommend professional products when appropriate
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Build lasting relationships with clients
• Encourage rebooking and repeat visits
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Work as part of a team to keep the shop looking its best

Requirements

• Licensed Barber or Licensed Cosmetologist
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Comfortable cutting men's hair
• Positive and coachable
• Friendly and professional
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working weekends
• Team-oriented
• Detail-focused
• Interested in long-term career growth
• Straight razor experience is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person.
