• Top earners working 30+ hours with strong guest loyalty average $45–$88+/hr (plus tips); $100K+/year is within reach.
• Up to 75% commission — more guests, more money in your pocket.

Requirements

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state‑specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility — peak earning potential
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
• Bonus: existing client book — we’ll help you grow it and your commission from day one
