Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)

About the Role

We are seeking Licensed Associate Therapists in the Brick, NJ area who are passionate about patient care, committed to clinical excellence, and interested in delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to work with all ages, specifically patients 5 years old and up.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults and child/adolescent populations.
• Conduct diagnostics and apply DSM-V criteria.

Requirements

• Active NJ license as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
• Competency in diagnostics and familiarity with DSM-V criteria.

Pay

Earnings range from $65,000 to $90,000+ annually, with a compensation model based on productivity. Supervision is provided by the NJBH practice at no cost to the LAC.
