Licensed Assistant Salon Manager

About the role

Sport Clips Haircuts in Oregon City is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
• Aid with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

Requirements

• Active Oregon Cosmetology or Barber License
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
