Responsibilities
- Conduct and assist with behavioral assessments for Outpatient Behavioral Treatment Services.
- Maintain an active caseload, providing direct behavioral and crisis support as needed, including non-traditional hours.
- Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral support to clients.
- Support and train staff and families in evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with the LBA and treatment teams on training, data collection, documentation review, and clinical program development.
- Develop and/or supervise individualized behavior/treatment plans and service goals.
- Assist with the analysis of behavioral patterns and creation of individualized service plans.
- Participate in and facilitate staff and community meetings that enhance program operations.
- Support licensing, certification, and accreditation efforts by maintaining compliance and required documentation.
- Evaluate processes and make recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
- Maintain professional development through required and elective trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral/developmental needs.
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic record systems.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Medicaid regulations preferred.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and a clean driving record.
