Licensed Adolescent Outpatient Therapist - $10K Sign On Bonus

Hourly Rate: $25.43 - $42.45. $10K sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans
• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan
• Develop and revise initial treatment plans based on assessments, coordinating additional services as needed
• Maintain documentation of therapy services according to facility and professional standards
• Maintain a caseload as assigned
• Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with staff to facilitate patient services
• Perform case management, discharge, or aftercare planning as needed
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients and colleagues
• Address and resolve patient complaints to ensure needs are met
• Prioritize patient safety at all times
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services field
• One or more years of experience working with a comparable patient population
• State or national licensure as a professional therapy provider, or eligibility for state licensure
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training available upon hire)
• First aid certification may be required based on state or facility
