Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered acupuncture care with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Work within an integrated care model alongside physical therapists and occupational therapists to drive optimal patient results
- Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions
- Apply a combination of traditional acupuncture and trigger point dry needling based on patient needs
- Collaborate with providers to develop and execute comprehensive, results-driven plans of care
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment strategy, and long-term health and performance goals
- Track patient progress and outcomes to ensure clinical effectiveness and continued improvement
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Contribute to a high-performance, team-first environment that prioritizes accountability and excellence
- Build strong patient relationships that lead to retention, trust, and word-of-mouth referrals
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Acupuncture License (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong foundation in treating orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, trigger point dry needling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and educate patients effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to patient outcomes and high-quality care
- Team-first mentality with the ability to collaborate within an integrated care model
