Job Description
Responsible for the delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of vocational nursing. The Licensed Practical Nurse functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs tasks related to patient care.

Responsibilities
- Set realistic goals and treatment plans for patients moving towards independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Coordinate patient care and team activities as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Licensed as an LPN with the state of South Carolina or a compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Some positions may require additional certifications such as ACLS and NIHSS Stroke Scale Certification.
