About the role
Exceptional Culture and Community Leadership! Evening shift LPN starts at top rate of $45.00 an Hour + $2.00 Shift Differential.
Responsibilities
- Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
- Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
- Aid residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
Requirements
You Currently Possess a current LPN license in good standing. New grads are encouraged to apply!
