Responsibilities
- Medication assistance/administration
- Nursing services
- Training / supervising staff
- Auxiliary activities including assisting residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Support residents' health emergencies by determining medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
- Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation

Requirements
You Currently Possess a current LPN license in good standing
