License Practical Nurse, LPN

About the role

Responsibilities

• Medication assistance/administration
• Nursing services
• Training / supervising staff
• Auxiliary activities including assisting residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Support residents' health emergencies by determining medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
• Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

Requirements

You Currently Possess a current LPN license in good standing
