Welcome to Kauai Care Center, where you'll be part of an exceptional team dedicated to improving the lives of our residents. We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Medication assistance and administration
• Nursing services
• Training and supervising staff
• Ensuring resident well-being through various care activities
• Supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assisting residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Administering treatments and other care as needed
• Encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Following infection control and safety procedures
• Reviewing, updating, and communicating resident care documentation
• Evaluating health emergencies and determining appropriate medical measures within the LPN scope of practice and state regulations

Requirements

• Valid Hawaii Nursing License
• Availability for weekend rotations

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

$37.00 - $40.00 DOE
