Duties
- Train staff and assist the director of nursing
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Aid residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care
- Encourage self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
Requirements
You currently possess a current LPN license in good standing. New grads are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
Must have a current LPN license in good standing.

$15,000.00 Welcome Bonus
Schedule
- Day Shift - 12 Hours
- Eve Shift - 8 Hours
- NOC Shift - 12 Hours
