At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are seeking a License Owner / Operator in New Jersey to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations including scheduling, team recruitment, and logistics
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the local football community
- Build and maintain relationships with players, teams, and local partners
- Ensure consistency and quality of every game delivered to the community
- Collaborate with the HQ team to implement best practices and improve the overall experience

- Strong local insight into football culture and community dynamics
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
