At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are seeking a License Owner / Operator in Nashville to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment management
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Nashville
• Recruit and manage a team of players and volunteers
• Ensure consistency and quality of every game delivered to the community
• Collaborate with the headquarters team to implement best practices and innovations

Requirements

• Strong understanding of football culture and passion for the sport
• Leadership and business experience, ideally in a similar fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate independently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the headquarters team
