About the role

At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Fairfield County to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, including scheduling, venue coordination, and player management
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the local football community
• Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Collaborate with the HQ team to implement best practices and improve the overall experience

Requirements

• Strong local insight and understanding of the football culture in Fairfield County
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in entrepreneurship and business operations
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with full support from HQ

Qualifications

• Passionate about football and its potential to create positive change
• Experience in sports management or event planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
