Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Chicago.
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2‑3 people), supported by Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities.
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams.

- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer‑facing roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
