Responsibilities
- Oversee insurance policies and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Manage claims from inception to resolution, including negotiation and settlement.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address liability issues and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and legal professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, risk management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance or risk management.
- Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and negotiate settlements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance policies and legal regulations.
- Experience with claim management systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
