Liability Claims Coordinator

Location: Wall Township, NJ | Full-Time, Monday-Friday

About the Role

The Liability Claims Coordinator provides risk management and operational support by performing liability claim investigations and developing and implementing risk management policies. Reporting to the Claims Manager, this position ensures complete investigations, secures all documents and evidence associated with each claim, and maintains claims management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead liability claim investigations between internal stakeholders and external partners, including insurance partners and defense counsel.
• Create systems for follow-up and identify high-exposure or problem areas.
• Provide general system administration and maintenance of the claims management system, including file setup and integration with insurance partner platforms.
• Research, design, and test system updates.
• Provide data summaries and statistical analysis for strategic planning and decision-making to management.
• Support North America in the claim process and partner with cross-functional management on claim updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of information through the creation of best-practice workflows.
• Communicate pertinent investigation findings to insurance carriers and management effectively.
• Create end-user training materials for risk management processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Safety, Legal, or a related field, or three years of relevant experience in risk management or a similar role.
• Experience analyzing claims data and using filters, pivot tables, and other analytic functions in Excel.

Pay

$60K–$80K, based on experience
