About the role

Responsible for investigating and assessing liability claims related to vehicle accidents involving High Definition Vehicle Insurance policies. Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and communicate with clients and insurance partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess liability claims related to vehicle accidents
• Gather evidence from accident scenes and obtain witness statements
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance partners to resolve claims
• Prepare and submit claim reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a claims handling role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with claims management software is a plus
