LHE Tundraland Bath and Shower Installer

About the Role

Tundraland (A Leaf Home Subsidiary) is seeking experienced bath and shower installers. We offer steady full-time work, with the potential for 5+ days a week, allowing you to earn a great income without the hassle of chasing leads or bidding for jobs. Our focus is on tub-to-shower conversions with acrylic or onyx walls, typically completed in one to two days.

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year of bathroom remodeling experience, specifically removing old tubs down to the studs and reinstalling walk-in showers or walk-in jacuzzi tubs.
• Basic electrical experience preferred.
• A box truck, cargo van, or full-size pickup (enclosed trailer for pickup trucks is a plus).
• Current or ability to obtain general liability and workers' compensation insurance (we can assist).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing baths/showers and install new units.
• Measure and cut materials.
• Adhere to all installation standards and procedures.
• Perform light plumbing work.
• Maintain a professional attitude when working with homeowners.
• Complete paperwork with homeowners after installation.

Skills & Expertise

• Previous bathroom remodeling experience.
• General tool knowledge.
• General knowledge of safety practices.
• Desire to learn and grow within the company.
