LHE Bath Planet Installer

About the role

Leaf Home Bath is the nation's fastest growing one‑day bath remodeling company. We are expanding nationwide and seeking professional remodeling installers in your area. Stop chasing leads and bidding for work; join us for steady full‑time work, 5+ days a week, with work waiting right now.

Responsibilities

Perform tub‑to‑shower conversions using acrylic or onyx walls, focusing on the wet area only (not a full bath remodel). Jobs are typically one to two days.

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year of bathroom remodeling experience specifically removing old tubs down to the studs and reinstalling a walk‑in shower or walk‑in jacuzzi tub. Basic electrical experience preferred.
• A box truck, cargo van, or full‑size pickup (enclosed trailer for pickup trucks a plus).
• Current general liability insurance or ability to obtain it (we can help).
• Individuals and teams welcome.

Benefits

• Pre‑sold jobs – no more bidding for jobs and hoping you are chosen.
• Flexible schedule – you set your own work schedule; work full‑time, part‑time, or as needed.
• No out‑of‑pocket expenses – we purchase and stage all jobs for you, so no wasted time or reimbursements needed.
• Weekly pay – we pay per job and issue weekly direct deposit.
