LGPC Therapist
Come join one of the fastest growing outpatient mental health practices in Howard and Montgomery County, Md! This is a fee-for-service position with a base salary, offering a flexible remote schedule (some in-person and some via Telehealth).
About the Role
- Start within a week, pending background check
- Guaranteed pay for the initial 8 weeks as you ramp your caseload

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes) according to company policy
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral science/related field from an accredited college or university
- Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

$82,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
