Experience with Mental Health Disorders
Experience with mental health disorders is encouraged and would be on-going, with a client 3-5 days a week.
Requirements
- Already fully licensed as a CNA/HCA OR have completed 70 hours of basic training and are enrolled in a paid HCA training program.
- Nurse Delegation certification is a plus.
- Reliable with vulnerable clients.
- Good communication skills via phone, email, and text message.
- Comfortable driving clients for essential appointments and errands.
- Experience in caregiving is preferred.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State CNA, HCA, HHA, or NAR credential in good standing.
- RN Delegation certification is strongly preferred, but not required.
- A valid Washington State driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of current auto insurance are required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficient in using health care programs such as WellSky Personal Care.
