Lexus Master Technician

About the role

Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their award-winning service team. The ideal candidate will have Lexus and/or Toyota experience and be committed to quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, hybrid, and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-specific tools and procedures
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Stay current on Lexus and Toyota technologies, repair procedures, and factory training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Previous Lexus and/or Toyota dealership experience required
• Master Technician certification preferred
• ASE certifications strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hybrid and advanced vehicle systems preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
