About the role

The LEX Warehouse Product Owner role involves global accountability for LEX Warehousing applications, ensuring product quality and stability, overseeing team member work deliverables, defining and implementing new processes, and collaborating with diverse stakeholder audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Global accountability for LEX Warehousing applications
  • Ensuring product quality and stability
  • Overseeing team member work deliverables to ensure quality expectations are met
  • Defining & implementing new processes to meet business stakeholder requirements
  • Reviewing all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality and requirement traceability
  • Global governance of Managed Services team across all regions in support of extensive global production usage of owned application
  • Meeting project deliverables and exit criteria on schedule
  • Providing a clear and compelling Product Vision to the team and stakeholders
  • Managing product roadmap including engagement in demand intake process
  • Defining the Product value and validating the product delivers the expected outcomes
  • Researching user needs, industry trends, strategic priorities, and stakeholder feedback to shape the Product Vision and Roadmap
  • Collaborating, coaching, engaging with broad stakeholder audiences including product, deployment & operational teams along with end users, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Three (3) years of supply chain functional or technical experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Three (3) years of functional and/or technical experience with SAP

Qualifications

  • Ability to work across a highly matrixed organization to accomplish goal
  • Proven ability to identify, focus, and own high priority tasks to manage delivery to project timelines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, proven track record of strong project coordination/management success
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environment
  • Experience managing large teams across various geographies
  • Experience with Lean/Agile methodology

Pay & Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $188,251 - $230,084, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
