Leveraged Finance Associate (Multi City)

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, motions, and briefs, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Manage complex cases/transactions from inception to closure, demonstrating strong judgment
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to devise innovative strategies for client matters
• Attend and participate in high-level legal activities such as hearings and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on law changes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fund finance, private credit, leveraged finance, or structured finance
• JD from an accredited law school with admission to practice in the state of employment
• Experience working at an AmLaw 100 firm
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Pay

$235,000 – $310,000 annually
