Job Tasks

• Ability to complete assessments using the ASAM criteria and make recommendations for the appropriate levels of care under the direction of an Outpatient Manager.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients both verbally and in writing.
• Use motivational interviewing with other treatment modalities to guide clients collaboratively into recovery.
• Ability to provide and track referrals for care.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field required with experience.
• Must be willing to maintain 25 hours of training a year in areas that meet health department / SUD licensing requirements.
• Must have FBI fingerprinting clearance, PA Child abuse clearance, PA state police criminal history clearance and 3 credits of Mandated Reporter Training.

Pay Rate starts at $19.38 and increases with experience.
