Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor technicians: Coach service teams, share best practices, and raise the skill level across the organization.
  • Solve the hardest problems: Serve as the go-to expert for advanced diagnostics, specialized repairs, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Set the technical standard: Help design, document, and maintain procedures that keep work consistent, efficient, and safe.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with forklifts, material handling equipment, heavy equipment, or similar systems.
  • Level III technical ability: Strong diagnostic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and repair experience; formal training or certifications are highly valued.
  • Professional pride: A commitment to safety, quality, precision, and doing the job right the first time.
  • Ability to service electric, gas, LP (propane), diesel, and hybrid units.
  • Have your own tools to complete the job.

Pay

$40–$45 hourly.

Schedule
