Level 3 Superintendent Commercial

About the role

An established, highly respected commercial construction leader is seeking a veteran Level 3 Superintendent to spearhead major ground-up projects in Michigan. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex ground-up builds, schedules, trades, and safety.
• Mentor and develop junior Superintendents to strengthen the overall field team.
• Lead with a level-headed, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.

Requirements

• 12–15+ story high-rise experience: you must have personally led ground-up multifamily or multi-unit high-rise projects of this scale from start to finish.
• 15–25+ years in commercial construction preferred.
• Proven track record running 12–20+ story mixed-use or residential high-rises.
• Stable career progression showing clear project ownership.
• Ready to detail specific project metrics (floors, units, scope, and value) during the interview process.
