About the role

Kholelwa Ithemba Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Level 2 QC Inspector who is currently based in Tanzania to carry out vendor inspections on behalf of our clients. This role involves working on an ad-hoc or freelance basis to ensure that vendor products and services meet the rigorous quality standards required by our diverse industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Conducting on-site vendor inspections
• Reviewing technical documentation
• Maintaining high standards of quality assurance
• Verifying that project specifications are strictly followed
• Minimizing risks and ensuring the excellence of deliverables in sectors such as oil and gas, mining, and large-scale fabrication

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to various locations within Tanzania as needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications in Quality Control/Quality Assurance (e.g., ISO 9001)
