Job Duties
- Daily patch checks for Windows devices across all clients
- Utilization of RMM and PSA product to monitor clients’ PC’s and servers
- Patch remediation and escalation
- Patch status reporting for clients
- A/V and malware monitoring using multi-tenant dashboard
- A/V and malware status reporting for clients
- Backup status and quality assurance
- Daily backup reporting for clients
- File recovery tests and reporting for clients
- Assist Level II/III techs with onsite desktop refreshes
- Computer equipment delivery and staging
