Supports the firm and clients in corporate and transactional law matters, including business formation, maintenance, acquisitions, mergers, transactional closings, and securities matters (including the preparation and filing of documents under Regulation D).

Assists attorneys in a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, including the preparation of conveyance and finance documents and assisting with real estate closings.

Requirements

• B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science from Washington State University
• Paralegal Certificate with a specialty in corporate and real estate law from the University of San Diego
• Washington Limited Practice Officer license (1991, Washington Supreme Court under Rule 12)
