Responsibilities
- Lead Les Mills Classes: Instruct Les Mills group fitness classes; BodyAttack, BodyBalance, BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyStep, Les Mills CORE and other Les Mills programs.

Qualifications

- Genuine Passion for Fitness: Demonstrate a genuine passion for health and fitness, with a strong desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
- Reliability: Consistent and punctual attendance, with the ability to commit to a regular class schedule.
Physical Skills and Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: The minimum salary for a new instructor is $25 per hour. An experienced instructor (5+ years experience) will start at $28 per hour. Having a national group fitness certification will increase the starting rate by $2.50 per hour.
