About the role
Guardian Angel Senior Services of Leominster, MA is now hiring in-home Caregivers. Our mission is to provide home care services with love, enhancing the quality of your living through our attentive yet subtle style of care, maintaining your dignity and independence.
Responsibilities
- Med reminders
- Assist seniors with showers
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
- Aid with client's shopping
- Perform Light Housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
- Laundry, mopping, sweeping, vacuum, cleaning bathroom, washing dishes, take out trash
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Vehicle
- Able to drive 15 to 20 minutes to client's home (Paid Milage and travel time)
- Willing to do Personal Care
- Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
