Responsibilities

• Pulls credit reports, verifies debts, and accurately adds them to the debt ratio.
• Accurately completes loan applications and gathers supporting documents for the underwriting team.
• Mets loan decision turnaround times.
• Furnishes underwriting with accurate N.A.D.A values.
• Forwards loans to processing with the accurate information needed to close.
• Buils loan requests and sells other auxiliary products offered through the Credit Union (i.e., Credit Insurance, GAP, DP, etc.).

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Required Knowledge: General knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures, basic understanding of loans, payment processing, and interest rates.
• Experience Required: A minimum of one year experience in Member Service at a full-service financial institution.

Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to use a personal computer and related software applications including internet browsers, Microsoft Word, and/or Excel.
• Solid math skills and bookkeeping abilities.

Pay

This position will pay $20.00/hr. for the first 90-days, without earned commissions. Following this period, the pay will shift to $16.49/hr., and you will begin earning commissions. Turn your ambition into income with uncapped commissions opportunities!

Schedule

This is not a remote position and will be located in-office in West Chester, OH.
