Lending Platform Strategy & Execution Lead – AI, Data & Digital Assets, Executive Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior platform leader to define and execute strategy across AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, and Digital Assets within our Lending ecosystem. This is a builder role with end-to-end ownership—from vision through execution—driving transformation across one of the firm’s most important businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform strategy across AI, Data, and Digital Assets across the lending ecosystem
• Lead delivery of scalable data and AI capabilities supporting lending workflows
• Drive GenAI/ML use cases across sales & marketing, origination, underwriting, servicing, and client/advisor engagement
• Establish modern data infrastructure, governance, and analytics capabilities
• Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, risk, and business teams
• Shape and deliver roadmap for digital asset–backed lending capabilities

Requirements

• 12+ years in product, platform, or technology leadership
• Strong experience in at least one domain: AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, or Digital Assets
• Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale platforms
• Experience in lending products such as mortgage, securities-based lending, tailored lending, or private markets/private share lending preferred
• Strong ability to lead across cross-functional, matrixed organizations
• People management experience preferred
• BA/BS required
