Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute and manage pre-closing tasks and post-closing tasks of agricultural lending, including ordering title, appraisals, survey, flood certifications, lien verification with appropriate agencies; loan documentation review with system reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Collect, review, and analyze various financial documents for loan requests, including financial statements and tax returns.
- Coordinate loan processing activities, working with the loan operations team to ensure loans are closed and loaded in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review loan documents as prepared by outside counsel and coordinate loan closings.
- Partner with lenders to efficiently process draw approvals and wires, and other funding methods.
- Ensure loan documents and files are imaged properly and in a timely manner.
- Partner with lenders to monitor past due loans, maturing loans, insurance policies, and clear technical exceptions; record mortgages and related documents timely.
- Ensure compliance with loan policy, regulations, and procedures.
- Effectively manage customer communications (verbal and written), problem resolution, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory and supply chain operations for the department.
- Support business development activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in agricultural lending or banking.
- Strong knowledge of loan policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
