Lending Assistant

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of documentation and recordkeeping functions for loan files.
• Perform all loan processing, servicing, and reporting functions.
• Prepare loan documents and disbursements as directed by the loan officer.
• Ensure the proper documentation is collected and retained for all loan requests.
• Collect supporting documentation and order services required for loan approval.
• Prepare reports, assist with correspondence, reconcile accounts, and provide administrative support to loan departments.
