About the Role

The Legends position at Panelmatic, Inc. is responsible for creating and applying accurate, high-quality labels to products, packaging, and displays for equipment manufactured at our Conroe facility. This role ensures every item is clearly and correctly identified in line with customer specifications and quality standards, supporting on-time delivery and a professional finished product.

Responsibilities

• Design labels and legends
• Create labels and legends
• Print TB markers
• Print wire sleeves
• Maintain inventory levels for labeling and legends
• Attach labels and legends to equipment, products, and packaging
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two or more years of experience designing labels
• Two or more years of experience using labeling tools and equipment
li>Two or more years of experience attaching labels and legends to equipment, products, and packaging
• One-plus years of experience in Corel Draw, Auto CAD, or similar drafting computer programs

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in MS Office and Adobe required
• High levels of organizational and time management skills
• High levels of analytical, observational, and active listening skills
• High levels of reliability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check
• Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more
• Ability to stoop, bend, sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Alignment with company core values

Work Environment

Work is performed in a manufacturing production environment, splitting time between the shop floor and a labeling workstation. Exposure to moderate noise levels, moving equipment, and typical manufacturing conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and safety-toe footwear, is required on the production floor. Works closely with production, wiring, and quality teams to meet build schedules and labeling requirements. Minimal to no travel required.
