Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered workflows supporting a legal practice group
- Translate practice requirements into AI workflow specifications, prompt libraries, and knowledge repositories
- Maintain prompt engineering standards, workflow templates, and quality assurance protocols for AI-powered tools
- Monitor and report on KPIs, quality metrics, and attorney satisfaction measures for AI-powered workflows
- Conduct research and development efforts to identify opportunities for AI enhancement in workflows
- Protect and maintain sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information
Qualifications
- Show strong expertise in AI systems and prompt engineering
- Understand transactional legal practice, including M&A, finance, and capital markets workflows
- Have solid knowledge engineering capabilities, including developing prompt libraries, workflow templates, knowledge repositories, and quality assurance frameworks
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in legal technology, knowledge management, or legal practice
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
